    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Manage preparation and submission of **sales and use tax** , **gross receipts tax** , and **property tax** reports, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.

    + Partner with internal teams and external consultants to handle **state audits, annual reports, registrations, and franchise taxes** .

    + Maintain precise monthly accruals and account reconciliations to support financial integrity.

    + Contribute to **state apportionment workpapers** and unclaimed property reporting, adding value through attention to detail and problem-solving.

    + Identify opportunities to improve processes, embrace new tools, and share knowledge across the team.

    What We're Looking For

    + 2-5 years sales tax experience.

    + A degree in accounting or finance.

    + Ability to collaborate as part of a team.

    + Resourcefulness and adaptability; self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

    + Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) required; experience with Thompson Reuters, One Source, HFM, SOVOS, and SAP preferred, but not required.
