Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the executive and general user community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Desktop Support Technician

**Location:** Kansas City, Missouri

Pay Range: 20-25/Hr

What's the Job?

+ Provide desktop support and technical assistance to executive team members and staff.

+ Support A/V and conference room equipment to ensure seamless communication and presentations.

+ Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of endpoints, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware.

+ Manage and troubleshoot IT walk-up support requests efficiently and professionally.

+ Support general IT needs, including hardware and software issues, with limited supervision.

What's Needed?

+ Associate degree in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience.

+ 2+ years supporting desktop operating systems and networking systems.

+ Experience supporting A/V and conference room equipment.

+ Proficiency with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.

+ Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
