    SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST

    The Role

     

    Our client is Seeking an experienced, skilled, and upbeat Senior Systems Analyst to be part of a squad responsible for launching and growing business/technology capabilities focused on helping address the retirement savings coverage gap. You will support one or more multi-functional squads, engaging with all team members to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.

    The Expertise and Skills You Bring

    + 6+ years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives.

    + Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desired.

    + Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems

    + Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Postman.

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology subject area

    + Ability to mentor and coach junior analysts across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies

    + Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adaptive to organizational changes

    + Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.

    + Effective communication and people-interaction skills

    + Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)

    + Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories/requirements.

    + Flexibility to adjust your work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India-based teams and associates.

    + Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems
