Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech. to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Tech., you will be part of the Quality Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Tech.

**Location:** Edgewood, MD

**Pay Range:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hours based on experience

What's the Job?

+ Support plant quality initiatives related to Process and Product Quality.

+ Work with cross-functional teams including Supplier Quality, Operations, Warranty, and Design Engineering to reduce quality defects and enhance customer experience.

+ Assist Quality Assurance Engineers with process and product improvement plans.

+ Conduct process and product audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.

+ Support internal Corrective Action Reports (CAR) process and quality reporting/escalation.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

+ Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

+ Above-average analytical skills and strong communication abilities.

+ Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Six Sigma methodology.
