Now Hiring: Experienced Forklift Operator – Hickory, NC

**Pay:** $16/hr starting pay

**Shift:** 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday

We’re looking for **hardworking, reliable Forklift Operators** to join our **fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse team** in Hickory. This position involves handling **large spools** —not standard pallets—so attention to detail, balance, and precision are key. If you’re a motivated worker who thrives in a busy environment, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

+ Safely operate forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred) to move **spools and heavy materials** throughout the facility

+ Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely

+ Organize and stage inventory to keep production flowing

+ Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance

+ Maintain a **clean, safe, and efficient** work area

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

+ Proven forklift experience in a **warehouse or logistics** setting

+ Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs** and stay active for long shifts

+ Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, high-volume** environment

+ Strong focus on **safety, teamwork, and reliability**
