Position Profile
The **Site Manager** is accountable for the daily operations of a small to medium-sized site and manages a small team. This role oversees contracted services such as Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail Services. The Site Manager is responsible for talent assessment, staff development, performance management, and employee counseling, with support from assigned leadership.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
+ Manage daily operations of a small to medium-sized site and lead a team of direct reports
+ Prioritize multiple and competing tasks while fostering a positive work culture to maximize retention
+ Demonstrate working knowledge of Ricoh products and services, offering efficient solutions
+ Manage labor percentages and quality control standards as defined by the company
+ Improve operational quality using Ricoh Service Excellence tools
+ Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and collaborate with customers to enhance business processes
+ Maintain a customer-focused environment through feedback and satisfaction surveys
+ Support audit and compliance goals using best practices
+ Ensure proper staffing by aligning employee skills with production demands
+ Motivate and recognize employees using Ricoh Recognizes programs
+ Communicate job expectations and provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations
+ Develop staff through Individual Development Plans
+ Maintain daily contact with the customer and understand client requirements
+ Identify service delivery gaps and adjust documentation to meet client and Ricoh standards
+ Resolve pricing, order, and invoicing issues in collaboration with the sales department
+ Create and support site reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically Required:
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 3–5 years of related work experience (B2B and/or technical)
+ 2 years of managerial experience preferred
+ 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required
+ Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Office 360
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to present to medium-sized groups
+ Professional customer service and technical aptitude
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
+ Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels
+ Requires interpretation and application of complex data and instructions
+ May involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
+ Regular use of basic tools and equipment (e.g., keyboard, calculator)
