    A Hardware Engineer job opportunity is open with our client in Andover, MA. In this role you will be part of a dedicated hardware electrical engineering team that collaborates within hardware and across the organization. To be considered for this role you will have 7 years of experience and have a Bachelor or Master of Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    * Lab Debug and Verification of complex embedded digital hardware products

    * Production Operations and Customer Support to debug and resolve defects to the circuit and component level

    * Production Operations and Customer Support root-cause-corrective-action (RCCA)

    * Design of complex embedded digital hardware products

    * Design with cutting-edge technology from Intel, Microchip, Xilinx, NVIDIA, TI and beyond

    * Analysis including derating, reliability, and FMECA

    * Schematic integrity checking analysis with Mentor Valydate or equivalent

    * Bill-of-Materials (BOM) Configuration Control Management

    * Component Selection and End-of-Life Parts Management

    * Interacts with architecture/system engineering, program/product management, CAD & SI, ME, FW/SW, purchasing, and Manufacturing Operations

    * Design modules that include processors, network switches, backplanes, and IO modules

    * Designs using high-speed digital design interfaces including Ethernet, PCIe, DDR SDRAM Memory. Other support circuitry to include DC/DC power, Clocking, JTAG, SPI, I2C, UARTs

    * Develop schematics using Cadence DEHDL (Concept) or equivalent

    * Use of HW LAB tools: Oscilloscopes and DVMs for verification and debug

    * Lab Debug skills for both HW/SW that range from new development to continued sustaining

     

    Education: Bachelor or Master's of Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

     

    Work Experience: 7+ Years
