+ **Pay:** $32.00 - $60.00/hr
+ **Shift/Hours: Onsite**
+ Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Facilities Project Manager will coordinate and oversee facilities-related initiatives across company’s corporate offices. This role combines project management with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring all construction, renovation, and maintenance projects are completed efficiently, on budget, and aligned with company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage facilities and construction projects from planning to completion, developing timelines, tasks, and milestones to track progress.
+ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
+ Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial updates.
+ Support procurement activities, including RFP development, supplier identification, onboarding, and quote evaluation.
+ Process purchase requests and other related documentation.
+ Oversee furniture configurations, installations, and desk management systems at the corporate headquarters.
+ Lead and document meetings, providing clear follow-up actions and escalation to leadership as needed.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external service providers, finance, and legal teams.
+ Respond to and resolve employee facility-related inquiries.
+ Perform additional facilities and administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in facilities management or real estate operations.
+ PMP certification strongly preferred.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
+ Must be available to work on-site, five days per week at the Fountain Valley, CA headquarters.
**Pay Details:** $32.00 to $60.00 per hour
