Maintenance Technician
Full-Time | On-Site
Pay: $28 – $32 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support production operations by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment. The role involves working with CNC machines, EDMs, compressors, dryers, manual mills/lathes, welding equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain detailed service records.
+ Read and interpret schematic diagrams for electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits.
+ Maintain, install, and repair facility systems, including HVAC and plumbing.
+ Perform welding and fabrication as needed for facility and equipment projects.
+ Ensure all work follows safety and compliance standards, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
+ Maintain organized maintenance areas and parts inventory.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery.
+ Strong background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
