    Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an **Quality Lab Support Engineer** **at Somerset, NJ** **08873** **(Onsite)**

     

    Pay rate: $25/hr.

     

    Shift availability:- Mon-Fri (8:30 am – 5pm)

    Job Summary:

    We’re looking for a Quality Lab Support Engineer to help ensure our products meet high standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with lab chemists and process engineers to test product batches, support investigations, and maintain lab equipment and documentation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide technical support to Quality Labs to meet regulatory and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with chemists and engineers to support production and quality goals.

    + Test bulk batches and finished products for color, odor, pH, viscosity, and more.

    + Record test results in SAP and report any issues.

    + Help maintain bulk release status and check formulation BOMs in SAP.

    + Submit samples for approval and monitor stability testing.

    + Support investigations into product issues or changes.

    + Prepare small test batches to ensure color consistency.

    + Write validation protocols for products with active ingredients.

    + Review batch records for OTC (Over-the-Counter) products.

    + Keep lab equipment calibrated and in good condition.

    + Follow safety and quality procedures and maintain clean workspaces.

    + Perform other related tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

    + Experience with FDA and ISO compliance is a plus.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    + Able to pass color and odor testing.

    Working Conditions:

    + Must wear safety gear: glasses, hairnets, gloves, and steel-toed shoes.

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
