Pharmacy Technician II (Remote – Training Onsite in Phoenix, AZ)
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ (Onsite for 8 weeks, then fully remote)
**Pay Rate:** $18.27/hour (based on experience, education, and location)
Adecco is currently assisting a **national pharmaceutical client** in recruiting for a **Pharmacy Technician II** position. This role begins **onsite in Phoenix, AZ for 8 weeks of training** , then transitions to **fully remote** work.
Must be a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Arizona.
Job Summary
As a Medicare Part B (Med B) Pharmacy Technician, you’ll demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and effective problem-solving in a dynamic environment. You’ll manage various assignments that require urgency, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines—all while providing a professional image through both phone and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process incoming coverage requests received via fax from members or prescribers.
+ Conduct outreach to patients and providers to gather additional information needed for requests.
+ Research and resolve issues identified during case processing.
+ Accurately interpret and follow a variety of work instructions across multiple platforms.
+ Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and resolve them promptly to meet quality and production standards.
Qualifications
+ **Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License (Required)**
+ **High School Diploma or GED (Required)**
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay & Benefits
+ **Pay Rate:** $18.27/hour (dependent on experience and other factors)
