Clinical Therapist

We are looking for a Clinical Therapist to join our client, a long-standing behavioral health provider, that has been serving the North Carolina community for over 45+ years. They offer care for all ages across outpatient, inpatient, and residential programs focused on mental health and substance use recovery.
What You’ll Do
+ Provide individual and group therapy for adults, adolescents, and/or children.
+ Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
+ Deliver crisis intervention and management as needed.
+ Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
+ Maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
+ Support clients in connecting with appropriate community and behavioral health resources.
Qualifications
+ Active or provisional licensure: LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, or LMFTA
+ 2+ years of experience in mental health counseling
+ 1+ year working with substance use disorders
+ 1+ year providing individual and/or group counseling
+ Strong clinical, organizational, and time management skills
+ Familiarity with the North Carolina public mental health system preferred
**Pay Details:** $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
