We’re seeking a Clinical Director to join a long-standing behavioral health organization that’s been serving North Carolina communities for over 45 years. This group provides comprehensive care for all ages through outpatient, inpatient, and residential programs focused on mental health and substance use recovery.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead and mentor Program Managers to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality client care.
+ Partner with managers on staffing — recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
+ Oversee clinic performance, including budgeting, quality improvement, and leadership development.
+ Provide ongoing feedback, goal setting, and coaching to support staff growth.
+ Collaborate with site leaders to resolve challenges and improve efficiency.
+ Strengthen leadership and clinical skills across the team through supervision and guidance.
+ Foster innovation by identifying new ideas, partnerships, and best practices.
Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience in social work, counseling, addiction services, or a related behavioral health field
+ 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
+ Dual Licensure preferred: LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, or LMFTA
**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
