• Wound Care Nurse - Travel/Contract

    Actalent (Memphis, TN)


    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) with wound care experience to join a long-term care facility in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a contract position ideal for nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about improving patient outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform wound assessments and develop individualized care plans

    + Provide direct wound care treatment and follow-up

    + Accurately document patient progress and treatment in EMR

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

    + Educate patients and staff on wound prevention and management

    Requirements

    + Active RN license (Tennessee or compact state)

    + Minimum 1 year of wound care experience

    + BLS certification required

    + WOCN certification preferred

    + Strong documentation and communication skills

    Contract Details

    + 4–6 month duration

    + 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday)

    + Competitive weekly pay

    + Per Diem Available

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
