    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all stages of the project life cycle. You will be responsible for creating and managing project budgets, maintaining project schedules, and managing the RFI and submittal processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all stages of project life cycle.

    + Create and manage project budgets.

    + Create and maintain project schedules.

    + Manage the RFI and submittal processes.

    + Conduct project buyout and manage subcontracts.

    + Develop and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

    + Oversee cost management and reporting.

    + Resolve project issues effectively.

    + Manage project staff and ensure team efficiency.

    + Lead the project closeout process.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of commercial project management experience with a General Contractor.

    + Strong organizational and project management skills.

    + Comprehensive understanding of construction plans and specifications.

    + Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

    + Strong math and analytical skills.

    + Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement.

    + Proven ability to estimate project costs accurately.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, Minnesota.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
