    Clinical Research Coordinator (Contract Position)

     

    Contract Duration: Until September 2026

     

    Job Type: Full-time 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday) - during normal business hours

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a full-time, onsite Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with experience in clinical research to support an ongoing Vaccine clinical trial. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and act as one of the main CRCs for this study. As the position and study progress, additional responsibilities may be assigned. The candidate must be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Medical Record Review:Conduct thorough reviews of patient medical records.

    + Participant Screening:Perform phone screenings or prescreen participants for eligibility.

    + Scheduling:Arrange in-patient visits and follow-up appointments, and send reminders.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of two years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator

    + Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
