What You’ll Do

+ Engage with customers over the phone, email, and chat — providing excellent service with a smile (even when they can’t see it!)

+ Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about products and services

+ Document customer interactions efficiently and accurately in our system

+ Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve the customer experience

+ Meet or exceed performance goals in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

+ Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others

+ Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure

+ Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus — but not required! We’ll train the right person.
