    Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10:30pm. Your primary responsibility will be to load material into the crusher for the smelter and allied equipment, ensuring efficient heating of materials to drive off impurities.

    Responsibilities

    + Load material into the crusher for the smelter.

    + Understand and follow established procedures to conduct work safely and effectively.

    + Prepare and operate equipment such as a bobcat and shovel.

    + Prepare materials to be loaded into the smelter.

    + Participate in oxidation of alloy and related refining techniques under elevated temperatures.

    + Record production or process data and maintain logs as required.

    + Load hoppers inside and outside with skid steer and bobcat.

    + Ensure products are loaded, crushed, and bagged efficiently.

    + Perform computer work including data entry for volumes bagged using Excel.

    Work Environment

     

    Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions that may be hot, cold, dusty, and dirty. A respirator is required for certain tasks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wartburg, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
