    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play an essential role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of orders. You will work collaboratively to manage inventory, process shipments, and maintain a well-organized warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive and prioritize orders, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.

    + Collaborate with the team to organize and store parts efficiently on shelves.

    + Become familiar with each product, tool, and item within the warehouse.

    + Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and scan parts.

    + Count and audit inventory regularly, verifying all parts are accounted for.

    + Inspect parts for damage or rust and package them according to standards.

    + Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring all units are accounted for and staged on the dock.

    + Unbag, unband, and inspect units for damage, taking necessary photographs for outbound quality inspections.

    + Consolidate parts in multiple locations and perform cycle counts.

    + Maintain a fast-paced work environment while adhering to safety standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with ERP systems and RF scanners.

    + Previous experience in inventory control.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with material handling, reach truck, and forklift.

    + Ability to count and perform basic math operations.

    + Willingness to adapt and do whatever it takes to succeed.

    + Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Shifts are available at the West Campus: 1st shift from 7 am to 3 pm, and 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11 pm. Dress code is casual, and dependability is highly valued.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester Hills, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
