What You’ll Do

+ Keep employee records organized, accurate, and confidential

+ Assist with recruiting — post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and help onboard new hires

+ Coordinate engaging new-hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

+ Support benefits and payroll administration

+ Be the friendly face (and inbox!) for HR questions about policies, benefits, and procedures

+ Help plan employee events and engagement activities that keep our culture strong

+ Prepare reports, update databases, and assist with HR projects and compliance tasks

Requirements

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)

+ 1-3 years of HR or administrative support experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or ATS a plus

+ Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

+ A team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of confidentiality

+ A passion for helping people and improving workplace experiences
