Position Title: Fulfillment Associate – Warehouse Operations

Overview

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing warehouse team. Our business focuses on delivering high-quality food products—such as dumplings, noodles, and specialty sauces—straight to our customers’ doors. We’re a tight-knit crew that thrives on teamwork, good vibes, and shared success.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble and package orders for delivery with care and accuracy

+ Maintain organized inventory and update stock records

+ Execute picking and packing tasks with speed and precision

+ Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments

+ Operate RF scanners for tracking and inventory control

+ Assist with general warehouse upkeep and labor as needed

Core Competencies

+ Prior experience in warehouse packing and inventory handling

+ Familiarity with shipping workflows and packaging standards

+ Skilled in order fulfillment, receiving, and dispatch

+ Comfortable using RF scanning equipment and managing physical inventory

Preferred Attributes

+ Friendly, dependable, and a strong team player

+ Previous exposure to shipping/receiving environments is a plus

Work Culture & Schedule

Our warehouse environment is casual and collaborative. You’ll be working alongside a team of five in a cozy shipping space where music keeps the energy flowing. No formal dress code—just come ready to work. Shifts run Thursday through Sunday, with two options: early morning (4:00 AM–2:30 PM) or late afternoon (2:30 PM–1:00 AM).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
