Job Title: General Maintenance Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including cleaning, painting, groundskeeping, and organizing the facility. You will also be involved in building shelves and maintaining the overall facility's appearance and functionality.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
+ Execute painting projects to ensure facility aesthetics.
+ Conduct groundskeeping duties to maintain exterior environments.
+ Organize spaces and build shelves as needed.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure facility standards are met.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in facilities maintenance and building maintenance.
+ Proficiency in painting and cleaning.
+ Strong organizational skills for efficient space management.
+ Ability to perform groundskeeping tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
+ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Shift
+ You will work a rotating 2-2-3 shift from 6 am to 6 pm.
Work Environment
Our brand-new facility will house about 200-250 employees at full capacity. Candidates are required to wear steel-toed boots and safety glasses, which will be provided. Long pants made from thicker material and long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves are necessary. The environment is a manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. The first week will involve extensive training before team assignment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
