    Job Description

    As a Process Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of our production processes. Your expertise in setting molds, maintaining machine efficiency, and assisting team members will be invaluable in achieving our production goals.

    Responsibilities

    + Set molds in machines and process parts to meet acceptable quality standards.

    + Assist the production manager in resolving part quality and machine maintenance issues.

    + Provide support and guidance to operators when they have questions.

    + Train operators on maintaining accurate records of material inventory.

    + Ensure each job has the appropriate material and accessory components.

    + Regularly monitor material levels at each job site throughout the day.

    + Provide assistance to floor management as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in injection molding and blow molding.

    + Experience in troubleshooting production issues.

    + Strong background in machine maintenance.

    + Knowledge of plastic production processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a leadership role within a process tech environment.

    + Strong ability to solve problems and think critically.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic production environment utilizing advanced molding technologies. The role involves regular interaction with both the production team and management to ensure efficient operations. Dress code is standard for a manufacturing setting.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Blue Springs, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
