Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our financial services team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role involves supporting the wealth management team and providing additional assistance to the receptionist, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client meeting schedules for a busy office environment.

• Complete light computer-based tasks, including project-related assignments.

• Prepare and handle mailings as required to support business needs.

• Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.

• Provide administrative support to the wealth management team to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements • Proven experience with scheduling and managing calendars.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and basic administrative tasks.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
