Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Electrical Focus)

Job Description

+ We are seeking two highly skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Post-training, the schedule will transition to a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.

+ Pay: $33-$38 based on tenure, interview, technical knowledge

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production equipment in the manufacturing departments.

+ Maintain knowledge of the area and parts for which you are responsible.

+ Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and manufacturing engineering to solve problems.

+ Work with equipment suppliers directly and remotely to resolve issues.

+ Respond to any observed spills and/or environmental hazards, reporting violations to the immediate supervisor or Facilities/Environmental Coordinator.

Essential Skills

+ Industrial maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, controls, and mechanical equipment

+ Effective troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to successfully manage multiple projects.

+ Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial equipment repair.

+ Strong working knowledge of PLC Logic, NC/CNC Controls, AC/DC motor control circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, automated machining and cutting equipment, robotic welding systems, and various automated processes.

+ Working knowledge of electrical systems rated 460 volts 3 phase through 110 volts single phase, as well as control electrical circuits 120 volts through 12 volts.

+ Working knowledge of electrostatic paint processes and overhead cranes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience in PLC control, electrical maintenance, and troubleshooting.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance and 3-phase electrical systems.

Work Environment

+ Work initially on a first shift for six months before transitioning to a night shift. The position involves working with advanced manufacturing technology and equipment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kernersville, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $74880.00/yr.
