Aerotek is Hiring Entry-Level Packaging Technician!

Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking Packaging Technicians to join a pharmaceutical packaging team. This role involves assembling, labeling, and inspecting clinical supplies in a clean room environment. Technicians play a critical role in ensuring the safe and accurate packaging of products used in clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

+ Adhere to GMPs and SOPs to ensure safety and compliance.

+ Operate manual and automated packaging equipment.

+ Perform visual inspections and quality checks.

+ Clean rooms and equipment according to established procedures.

+ Use computer systems for job tracking and data entry.

+ Count and verify packaging components.

Qualifications:

+ Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

+ Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, etc.).

+ Ability to read diagrams and batch paperwork.

+ Capable of working independently or in a team environment.

+ Reliable and adaptable to changing tasks.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Comfortable working in cold environments (2–8°C and -20°C).

+ Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching.

+ Must be able to read and comprehend English documentation.

Work Environment:

+ Clean room setting with strict gowning protocols.

+ Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including N-95 masks, PAPR units, and safety glasses.

+ Additional compensation provided for freezer and PAPR-related work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $19.55/hr.
