Description

We are looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your work will contribute to the success of student recruitment, application processing, and records management while supporting the overall goals of the admissions team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process by engaging with prospective students and promoting program offerings.

• Assist with processing student applications and maintaining accurate enrollment records.

• Communicate effectively with applicants to provide guidance and address inquiries regarding admissions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure prospective students feel supported throughout the enrollment process.

• Participate in organizing and hosting new student orientation sessions, particularly focusing on nursing program expectations.

• Perform administrative tasks to support the admissions team and maintain efficient operations.

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and provide detailed information about enrollment procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to student services.

• Support additional enrollment and student service activities as needed.

Requirements • Proven experience in promotional sales or a related field is required.

• Previous background in sales or enrollment processes is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with prospective students.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with application processing and records management systems.

• Experience with conducting sales calls and providing enrollment-related information.

• Knowledge of annual enrollment processes and provider enrollment procedures.
