Your Career
Reporting into the VP of Integrated Marketing, as the Director, Global Partner Marketing you will have strategic responsibility for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies worldwide. This position plays a critical role in driving brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth worldwide. The Director will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global and regional business objectives.
Your Impact
•The person in this role will be pivotal in accelerating our market leadership and revenue growth by transforming our Global partner and ecosystem into a powerhouse for demand generation and customer acquisition. You will achieve this by:
+ Defining and driving the global partner marketing strategy aligned to corporate priorities, regional go-to-market plans, and partner sales objectives.
+ Designing and execute scalable demand generation, co-marketing, and partner enablement programs to increase pipeline, revenue, and partner satisfaction.
+ Owning the partner marketing communications strategy (newsletters, campaigns, portals, partner events, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging, enablement, and partner advocacy.
+ Collaborating with product marketing and field marketing to create integrated campaigns with partners, ensuring consistency across regions and partner types.
+ Optimizing partner journey touchpoints—awareness, onboarding, enablement, and co-selling—ensuring measurable ROI on partner marketing investments.
+ Leading global partner marketing events, sponsorships, and presence at industry conferences to amplify joint value propositions.
+ Partnering closely with sales, alliances, product marketing, and regional marketing leaders to ensure alignment and execution.
+ Tracking, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and campaigns; continuously refine based on data insights.
+ Building and leading a high-performing partner marketing team with global reach and regional execution capability.
+ Demonstrating a Measurable contribution to partner pipeline and revenue growth. Strong partner engagement and advocacy across global markets.
+ Building well-aligned global and regional partner marketing programs.
+ Creating a scalable partner marketing engine that accelerates growth.
Your Experience
+ Experience in generating new and innovative approaches to problems and challenging the status quo and is constantly looking for ways to change the game
+ Demonstrated success acting as the business partner to sales executives, leading change in times of ambiguity
+ Proven Track record as a creative leader willing to be disruptive and initiate positive change
+ Solid experience inclusively communicating to ensure diversity of voice is heard, considered, and enabled while empowering others to do the same
+ Proven experience consistently delivering on expectations and getting the job done
+ Ability to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way - Able to determine opportunities and threats through intimacy with the business and comprehensive analysis of current and future trends
+ Proven track record striving for excellence, both personally and across the teams you've led
+ Proven ability to plan, organize, schedule, and budget in an efficient, productive manner with a focus on key priorities
+ Solid understanding of funnel metrics and actions that can be taken to continuously improve conversion at each stage of the funnel, ultimately resulting in increased marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings
+ Ability to develop people - Coaches people in their current roles to improve performance and prepares them for future roles
+ Ability to set goals, drive team performance and excellence - Gives clear direction and goal-setting that is aligned to business priorities and outcomes, disciplined at measuring performance against KPIs and rewards/recognizes people for excellence
+ 15+ years of demonstrated success in leading marketing organizations for a tech company - direct team, critical stakeholders, organizational leaders/management, events marketing, partners/vendors and cross-functional teams
+ Willingness to travel as required, approximately 30%, for the role
+ Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in business, marketing, or technology is preferred or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $204,000 - $281,500/YR.
