    As Service Line Division Head, Podiatry, you will:

    + Integrate Care Across the Continuum. Build collaborative bridges among orthopedics, wound care, vascular, endocrinology, and rehabilitation.

    + Define Excellence. Establish clinical standards and metrics that measure what matters — healing, safety, and trust.

    + Lead with Humility and Clarity. Foster a Just Culture where curiosity replaces blame and growth replaces fear.

    + Inspire the Next Generation. Mentor podiatric residents and APPs, shaping education that blends skill with empathy.

    + Drive Innovation. Use analytics and emerging technology to position RRH as a regional leader in high-value musculoskeletal care.

    Qualifications

    + Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), Board Certified

    + Completion of an approved residency

    + Eligible for New York State licensure

    + Demonstrated excellence in program leadership and collaboration

    + MBA, MHA, or equivalent leadership experience preferred

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

     

    For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements.

    $300,000.00 - $400,000.00

    The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
