Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist responsible for prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and error-free work. The role involves working at a table with 4-6 team members, where you will take a stack of documents, remove obstructions such as paper clips and staples, keep the stack neat, and prepare it for digital scanning. Adherence to instructions and maintaining productivity standards set by the facility are crucial.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and organize documents for scanning by removing obstructions like paper clips and staples.
+ Ensure documents are scanned accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Maintain a neat and organized stack of documents in totes for digital scanning.
+ Meet productivity and quality standards established by the facility.
+ Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Work Environment
The work environment is similar to a large warehouse-style facility.
Available shifts include the
First Shift (Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 2:30 pm EST)
Second Shift (Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm EST).
his role requires remaining in your designated area/table and working efficiently. Timekeeping is managed through a VMS system. Please confirm open shifts with the appropriate manager.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Duluth, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
