We are currently hiring for an Accounting Support Specialist!

Job Description

Join our team as an Accounting Support Specialist, where you will oversee and manage high-level inbound phone communications and coordinate executive-level communications. In this role, you will support accounts payable operations by managing email correspondence and ensuring communications are routed to the appropriate team members.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee and manage high-level inbound phone communications.

+ Coordinate and facilitate inbound and outbound communications for executive-level teams.

+ Support accounts payable operations by managing related email correspondence.

+ Identify and route email communications to the appropriate billing or departmental team member.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with inbound call management and customer service.

+ Ability to handle high volume calls efficiently.

+ Proficiency in managing disputes and collections.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a call center customer service environment.

+ Ability to manage payables inbox effectively.

+ An interest in advancing in the accounting field.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a small office environment, separate from the rest of the team, with 10-15 colleagues. The position offers room for growth and a great company culture, ideal for individuals looking to expand their accounting knowledge and responsibilities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
