Treasury Operations has an opening for a **Senior Treasury** **Manager - Cash Operations** who will help lead in our journey of modernizing our workplace. Through our key processes, partnerships and technology we strive for operational excellence whether through innovation related to technology and tools, security, or empowering our people. We are looking for someone who embraces change, loves learning, and is passionate about payment processes and the landscape.
This role will manage cash processes through daily operations and project management and support. This person’s responsibilities include daily cash positioning, payments including FX settlements, and bank control functions. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of banking services, controls, payments and related technology tools.
Responsibilities
+ Support day to day operations which include cash concentration, treasury payments, bank relationships management, new banking services and business inquiries
+ Evaluate technology, products, processes related to cash operations, identifying both value and risks, and presenting recommendations
+ Contribute to product/service requirements process, definition, documentation, and implementation
+ Maintain and ensure operational integrity and compliance
+ Benchmark core processes such as payments, bank controls, and use of new technology with other leaders in the marketplace
+ Collaborate with business partners for solutions that drive cross-functional impact
+ Develop a strategic vision for the future state of cash operations
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 5+ years experience with background in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years experience demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and delivering accurate results within stringent deadlines.
+ 2+ years proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and influence outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
+ 2+ years experience working in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities, and adapting to ambiguity while meeting tight deadlines.
+ 2+ years experience presenting complex information clearly and confidently to large groups or senior stakeholders.
+ Fundamental knowledge of investments, payment processes, and financial controls.
+ Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
+ Comfortable supporting east coast/capital markets trading activity, including presence in the office during required hours.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 8+ years experience with background in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting OR
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Science in Finance (MSF) AND 5+ years experience with background in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting OR equivalent experience.
+ Professional Treasury Certification (e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst [CFA], Certified Treasury Professional [CTP], Financial Risk Manager [FRM]).
+ 5+ years experience in Treasury or a related field within a corporate environment.
+ 5+ years experience proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and influence outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
+ 5+ years of demonstrating comfort with adopting new tools and systems, with a curiosity and drive to explore emerging technologies, including AI solutions.
+ 5+ years experience building business partnerships and collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries to achieve shared goals.
+ 5+ years experience driving process improvements and independently leading cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.
Treasury IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
