Implementation Advisor I

What does a great Implementation Analyst — Digital Solutions do at Fiserv?

A great Implementation Analyst at Fiserv leads end-to-end online banking implementations, taking client requirements through analysis, configuration, testing, training and go-live while balancing multiple projects. You act as a Business Banking subject matter expert—designing and validating business banking features, advising on process improvements, and mentoring peers—while coordinating cross-product and third-party integrations to deliver reliable, client-ready solutions.

What you will do:

+ Independently manage multiple client implementations across analysis, configuration, testing, training and post‑go‑live support.

+ Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation and client-facing communication throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues across interconnected systems and products.

+ Lead client trainings and walkthroughs, including presentations and hands-on setup guidance.

+ Support data mapping, code validation and go‑live activities; may include occasional onsite work.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation procedures, templates and enablement materials.

What You Will Need To Have:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum 10 years’ experience in Commercial/Business Banking at a financial institution or financial services provider.

+ At least 5 years in client‑facing or project support roles managing implementations or operational onboarding.

+ Demonstrable proficiency with core computer tools (Microsoft Office, file management, Windows) and producing client deliverables.

+ Strong analytical problem‑solving demonstrated through diagnosing and resolving cross‑product implementation issues.

What Would Be Great To Have:

+ Experience with Fiserv core systems or online banking platforms.

+ Basic understanding of networking and data communications relevant to integrations.

+ Project management experience or PMP certification.

+ Proven ability to manage time and competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.

+ Ability to travel up to 10%
