    Job Title: Access Control Specialist (Part-Time)

     

    Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour

     

    Start Date: Targeting the second week of November

    Duration: Approximately 6 months (initial term)

    Schedule: Part-time, less than 30 hours per week. Preferred schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch). Flexible for shorter days or occasional Thursday hours.

     

    System One’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy part-time employee to assist with the processing, organization, and management of confidential personnel records required for nuclear power plant access. The ideal candidate will have a basic medical background and familiarity with medical terminology to support the coordination of employee physicals and related documentation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personnel and medical information.

    + Ensure company records are securely stored and properly safeguarded.

    + File physical paperwork and background checks in designated file cabinets.

    + Create new employee folders and corresponding file labels using Microsoft Word. Scan private records and upload them to ADOM.

    + Assist with scheduling physicals and other appointments with local medical providers.

    + Support billing activities related to Access Control services within RMS.

    + Contact providers to follow up on physical results.

    + Email password-protected documents to nuclear sites as needed.

    + Assist with employment verifications and related administrative tasks.

    Qualifications:

    + Basic medical knowledge or prior experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

    + Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
