Our Human Services Transformation offering delivers large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies.
Work you'll do
As a Project Delivery Manager - Cloud Infrastructure Architect in the GPS HST Technology group, you will:
+ Lead DevOps tools & automation initiatives using Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts)
+ Oversee CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Platform Actions
+ Develop and manage automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash)
+ Architect and manage Dynamics 365 solution deployments and Azure resources (ADO, Functions, Logic Apps, BLOBs, databases, key-vault, etc.)
+ Implement Infrastructure as Code using ARM Templates, Terraform, or Bicep
+ Manage configuration and automated setup of environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
+ Oversee release management, solution packaging, environment orchestration, versioning, rollback measures and pipeline integration
+ Set up monitoring and observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, LogRocket
+ Support security and compliance (Key Vault integration, RBAC, audit automation)
+ Manage source code repositories for customizations (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Platform components)
+ Maintain documentation of runbooks, deployment guides, infrastructure diagrams
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects, stakeholders)
+ Drive continuous improvement and tool evaluation
Required Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience, with at least 5+ years' experience in leadership capacity
+ 5+ years' experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure management
+ 5+ years' experience of Power Platform Admin center, Dynamics 365 architecture, solution management, customizations, and integrations.
+ 5+ years' experience in provisioning and configuring Dynamics 365 environments (sandbox, production, UAT)
+ Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash)
+ Experience with Azure resources (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault), networking, and security concepts.
+ Experience with ARM Templates, Terraform, or Bicep
+ Release management and monitoring expertise and experience in security and compliance
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
+ Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Must be local to Seattle, WA
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
