    _We are seeking a Packaging Technician to support manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment. This role involves hands-on tasks such as vial inspection, packaging, equipment operation, and basic maintenance.     **Location:** New Albany, OH

    **Pay:** $18-$20/hr

    **Shifts Available:** 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform inspection and packaging of product-filled vials according to SOPs and batch records.

    + Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing and packaging equipment.

    + Conduct routine equipment maintenance and ensure proper documentation.

    + Participate in filling support activities and internal support operations (e.g., stocking, material movement, inventory tracking).

    + Identify and report equipment malfunctions; perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments.

    + Understand and document batch records, packaging configurations, and component reconciliation.

    + Follow cleanroom protocols, hygiene standards, and adhere strictly to GMP and safety procedures.

    + Train new team members on basic processes and equipment as needed.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of manufacturing work experience

    + Ability to successfully pass a background check

    + Must hold a valid driver’s license
