    _Our client, global leader in food & beverages, specializes in quality fruit juices, concentrations, and flavor blends. We’re seeking a R&D Lab Technician who brings a passion to help us deliver fresh, consistent, and unforgettable taste experiences every time._

    **Location:** L.A County, CA

    **Pay rate:** $29- $30/ hr.

    **Jo type:** Contract-hire

    **Schedule:** M-F:8-5pm, fully onsite

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the preparation of flavor samples and prototypes.

    + Perform basic laboratory tasks, including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.

    + Maintain accurate records of experiments and observations.

    + Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces.

    + Assist in the evaluation of flavor samples using sensory analysis techniques.

    + Follow established safety protocols and procedures.

    + Order and maintain inventory of lab supplies.

    + Support senior scientists and flavorists in research and development projects.

    Qualifications:

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    + A passion for food and flavor.
