VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital is looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Client Service Representative with a cohesive team.
VCA Centennial Valley is an AAHA-accredited, 4-doctor small animal practice in Louisville, Colorado. W practice gentle, kind animal handling.
Feline, Canine, Rabbits, Avian, Exotics and Reptiles Patient Base
We are a connected, team orientated group who enjoys working with each other and having fun! (We even have a free snack drawer and coffee for our associates!)

We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.
Why We Need You
As the _face of our hospital_ , our Client Service Representatives set the tone for every client experience and help maintain trust and confidence in our care.
Your responsibilities include:
+ Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
+ Answering phones, scheduling, confirming, and future-booking appointments
+ Calling clients for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
+ Presenting and processing payments and explaining service fees
+ Recommending products, services, and wellness plans
+ Signing up clients for the **MyVCA app** and **online pharmacy**
+ Educating clients on general pet care topics (heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, etc.)
+ Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the hospital is clean and welcoming
+ Providing care for hospital pets as needed

Hourly wages range $17-$19.50
