    Elba CSD has an an anticipated opening in our business office for a full-time Financial Clerk-Typist (Project HELP) to begin in January 2026. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of modern methods of keeping and reviewing records, entering purchase orders, expenses, invoices, vouchers and receipts into a financial system for payment processing; assist in verifying accuracy in financial record balances, compiling data for, and helps in the preparation of, financial and statistical reports; sorts, indexes and files requisitions, vouchers and other materials. May assist in compiling time and entering payroll into a financial system. Types forms, form letters, invoices, vouchers and similar materials. Operation of computing, calculating, check writing and other office machines as required. Salary for this position will begin at $23.76/hour.
