    Pay Rate: $45/hour

     

    Hours: 24 hours/week

     

    Schedule: To be discussed during interview (potentially 3 days/week)

     

    Interview Format: Virtual or In-Person

    Position Summary:

    We are currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based therapy team. This part-time position supports students from Pre-K through 8th grade, working collaboratively with an Occupational Therapist to serve a shared caseload of approximately 90 students. Caseload assignments will be based on your expertise and experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals

    + Collaborate with the supervising OT to implement effective interventions

    + Support students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skill development

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

    + Travel between school sites (all within a short radius of the district office)

    Requirements:

    + Active COTA license

    + Experience in a school setting preferred

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

    + Onboarding Requirements: Will be discussed during the interview
