**Title:** Lead Learning & Development Specialist

**Location:** On-Site – Raleigh, NC

We are currently seeking a Lead Learning & Development Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Lead Learning & Development Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs across the organization. You will support the growth and development of employees by delivering innovative training initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What You Will Be Doing:

+ Driving the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs for all levels of employees.

+ Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored training solutions.

+ Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.

+ Facilitating workshops, seminars, and other training events to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

+ Providing leadership and guidance to the learning and development team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Your Profile:

+ Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or Clinical Research

+ Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs in a corporate environment.

+ Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.

+ Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
