Description
Job Summary:
Performs planning and cost estimations for all maintenance service order projects. This includes writing proposals, obtaining subcontractor bids, monitoring projects, and providing project updates.
Primary Job Functions:
Description
1. Accurately determines feasible and cost-effective technical solutions to facility work request requirements.
2. Defines project scope in collaboration with senior management and government personnel.
3. Processes accurate project estimates within established priorities, deadlines, and contract requirements.
4. Track and schedule preventative maintenance.
5. Schedules technician’s work for preventative maintenance and work orders.
6. Technical writing including technical work scopes, requests for proposal and quotations.
7. May order materials and tools as needed.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Certification:
Required: High School Diploma
Required: 2 years of experience in maintenance service order field with oversite of project completion.
Required: 2 years' experience in maintenance service order field. Over site of project completion.
Preferred: Microsoft Certifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Advanced organizational skills and writing and verbal skills.
