Mindful Support Services provides business-to-business solutions for independent mental healthcare practitioners who wish to run their own business, helping them grow and serve a larger client base. We simplify the complexities of private practice by offering administrative and organizational support in lead generation, marketing, billing, and insurance collections through a 1099 model.
Our team supports over 2,200 mental health providers who care for more than 30,000 clients per week across five states and telehealth. Through the Mindful Therapy Group brand, we’ve built an innovative platform designed for growth, improving access to high-quality mental healthcare, and solving the challenges of running a private practice.

About the Role
Known internally as a Provider Engagement Specialist, the Sourcing Specialist will be the first point of contact for mental healthcare providers exploring opportunities with our collaborative network. Your focus is generating interest, uncovering untapped talent, and converting prospects into partners.
You will source providers across multiple platforms, maintain a well-organized pipeline, and track all contact points, milestones, and next steps for the team. Success in this role requires quickly building rapport, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, and making a high volume of calls. You are self-motivated, tenacious, and driven to hit individual targets while contributing to departmental and company-wide goals.

Responsibilities
+ Employ a number of recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract interest of quality providers looking to explore a private practice setting with Mindful Therapy Group.
+ Spend time assessing interested Providers, thinking critically about their ability to be successful as a business partner.
+ Partner with the peers in department to identify recruiting needs, track conversions for follow ups, and establish goals.
+ Make a high volume of phone calls.
+ Think outside the box to cultivate new lead sources.
Qualifications/Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience in recruiting or sales
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
+ Self-directed, proactive attitude, and ability to handle uncertainty
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and other technology platforms

Salary: $50,000-$65,000
