Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Systems Support Specialist to join our end clients team in Middletown OH. The primary function of this role is to provide installation, maintenance and support for all IS related hardware and software. This function may also be required to recommend solutions that span their specific locations. They will provide all functional and technical support to all employees/associates. They are looking for someone who is a "self-starter" and has great communication skills as they will be customer facing.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in desktop support, networking administration, and computer hardware support
• Experience troubleshooting devices
• Experience imaging devices
• Network experience: Cisco or Juniper
• Proficient with PC and server management systems
• Hands on experience with O365 and Azure AD
• Strong customer service skills • Cisco experience (configurations, switches, routers, etc.)
• Industrial plant experience within food services, metal or has industry
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
• Certifications (any)
• Preferred: Network+, CCNA or Security• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow highly preferred) - if they don't have
• ServiceNow experience, they will get taught!
