    Job Description

    The Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and benefits administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.

    • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.

    • Handle bank reconciliations and cash management.

    • Implement and enforce strong internal controls

    • Coordinate with project managers on billing and produce invoices to send to clients.

    • Administer employee benefits, including 401(k) plans and company insurance programs; oversee renewals of business insurance policies.

    • Manage HR-related accounting functions and support HR processes as needed.

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

    • Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.

    • Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

    • Coordinate with CPA for tax related purposes.

    • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    • At least 1 year of experience in a senior accounting role.

    • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and benefits administration. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite
