Job Description
A credit union in Orange County is seeking a Client Support Administrator to support its Card Services department. This role combines administrative responsibilities with high-volume member service calls, primarily related to credit and debit cards. The Client Support Administrator will assist members with routine issues such as lost or stolen cards, issuing replacements, updating PINs, and resolving ATM-related inquiries using a multi-platform system.
The position requires handling multiple calls daily, addressing a variety of issues, and providing clear, proactive communication. When a solution is not immediately available, the administrator will conduct additional research, maintain professionalism, and follow up with members to provide updates and revised timelines. Success in this role depends on strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional member experiences.
**This person must come on site 5 days a week in Santa Ana. Scheduled hours are 9:30am to 6pm (30 min lunch)

Skills and Requirements
Proven customer service experience
Ability to work across multiple platforms
Strong written communication and documentation skills CRM experience, especially with systems such as Springboard, Episys, Synapsis, Star Station, MyCoop, MasterCard Connect, Synergy, and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior credit union experience
