Job Description

Our property management client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work onsite with a well-established commercial customer in Norfolk.

• Provide hands-on support for facilities maintenance across commercial buildings (experience beyond residential is required).

• Respond promptly to service requests related to:

o HVAC and plumbing

o General Maintenance requests

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and tenants.

• Work onsite Monday through Friday, addressing requests as they arise.

-Experience maintaining systems in a commercial setting

-Professionalism and good communication skills

-Experience with HVAC and plumbing commercial systems -Heat pump, heat valves, etc - commercial HVAC
