The role you'll contribute:

Responsible to the Vice President of Patient Care Services/CNO/ACNO for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating all nursing service functions and activities for assigned patient care programs/units, to ensure delivery of optimal quality of care and organizational effectiveness. Responsible for overall Emergency Care Services including the free standing emergency departments.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

+ Nursing degree with a BSN degree in either nursing or heath care related field.

+ Current BLS certification.

+ 3 years in a Director position with oversight of emergency services

+ Previous emergency services management experience

+ Current registration with Florida State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse or licensure from another state with verification of application and eligibility for Florida licensure by endorsement
