Accounts Payable Credit Card Specialist
The Credit Card Specialist position is responsible for supporting credit card program operations, auditing card transactions, and providing customer service to regional cardholders.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
+ Assist with program maintenance for both the Corporate P-Card and WEX Fuel Card programs including declined transactions, credit limit changes, vehicle PIN issuance, etc.
+ Review P-Card transactions to ensure proper documentation is on file, a valid business purpose has been met, the accounting of the expense is correct, and the transaction is compliant with corporate policy.
+ Check for any potential use tax requirements and prepare journals as needed.
+ Log all audit findings in the Oversight Solutions program.
+ Communicate & follow up on any pending issues including non-compliance, missing/incomplete receipts, aged open wallet transactions, and aged pending reports.
+ Provide cardholder assistance and training as required.Communicate any program updates or changes.Assist with storm support.
+ Assist with special projects as needed, i.e. Compliance Audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word & Outlook.
+ Must be detail-oriented.
+ Professional and positive demeanor.
+ Team Player.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Experience
+ College Degree in a related field preferred.
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
+ Accounting Clerical Experience required.
Pre-Screen
