    Summary of the Job:

    The position will be responsible for employee scheduling and resource allocation while aiding in the work being done in the most efficient manner ensuring deadlines are met. They will need to be a subject matter expert on all processes and ensure the team is cross-trained and proficient on both Card Production and Inserting machines while maintaining high production standards. They will assist in resolving problems using experience and procedures to complete our daily production work. Leads are to continually look for efficiency gains in processes and will take part in special assignments with the management team.

    Job Functions:

    + Opening and closing the department

    + Delegate duties to staff and adjust as needed

    + Assist with Production as needed

    + Production tracking and balancing including card inventory

    + Monitor daily production and adjust to ensure optimum efficiency and communicate with other Lead and Manager to ensure consistency

    + Facilitate ongoing training and update procedures; Assist and recommend training opportunities and act as the subject matter expert of all Central Issuance processes

    + Collaborate with management to bring forward new ideas, thoughts and concerns

    + Work with and be the liaison between the Central Issuance team and the department Business Analyst to assist with coordination of machine upgrades, setup changes and other improvements

    + Escalate issues and ideas to management and the department Business Analyst

    + Keep the Entrust technicians informed of issues and coordinate machine outages to minimize the downtime impact

    + Operate all equipment and understand the workflow

     

    Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required.

    The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma and/or equivalent experience.

    + Previous experience within Central Issuance function preferred.

    + Previous supervisory experience or leadership role strongly preferred.

    + Focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Ability to multi-task.

    + Team oriented, yet able to work independently in a diverse fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    + Ability to problem solve and take ownership of work.

    + Proven decision-making and organizational skills.

     

    Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

    Compensation:

    Compensation range (base pay): $40,310.00-$64,497.00

     

    _This role may have a specific starting pay within this range._

     

    Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
